Thank you for supporting independent artists through our subscription service! Each mailing is lovingly curated and often includes one-of-a-kind original works — because of this, we have a few special considerations when it comes to returns and refunds.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our offerings — including original artwork, handmade items, and limited-edition goods — we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Missing Items?

If your package arrives damaged or missing an item:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Email us at issue.detroit@gmail.com with your order number and a photo (if applicable)

  • We’ll do our best to replace the item or offer an alternative of equal value

Subscription Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing cycle

  • Already-paid charges are non-refundable, but your subscription will not renew after cancellation
