Thank you for supporting independent artists through our subscription service! Each mailing is lovingly curated and often includes one-of-a-kind original works — because of this, we have a few special considerations when it comes to returns and refunds.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our offerings — including original artwork, handmade items, and limited-edition goods — we do not offer returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Missing Items?
If your package arrives damaged or missing an item:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
Email us at issue.detroit@gmail.com with your order number and a photo (if applicable)
We’ll do our best to replace the item or offer an alternative of equal value
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing cycle
Already-paid charges are non-refundable, but your subscription will not renew after cancellation
